Our super-lovely, super-strong, super-beautiful, super-everything Serena Williams is back, as everyone knows. And the most interesting part, she is back to winning. In the quarterfinals of Stanford, she defeated Maria Sharapova, 6-1, 6-3! Masha, who is definetly not in a bad shape. After that, the American defeated Sabine Lisicki, to reach her first final since Wimbledon 2010.
Can we hope for a comeback in the top of the rankings? I think we can. I mean, we're talking about Serena, no? :)
